Murder charges after body found

Police at the scene in BaglanPolice are still appealing for information from the community

Three men are due to appear in court charged with the homicide of a man in Baglan, Port Talbot, say police.

The body of David John Eves, 43, from Sandfields, Port Talbot, was found at a property in Pentyla on Friday morning.

The three men, aged 25, 45 and 49, have remained in police custody and will appear at Neath Magistrates Court.

South Wales Police have renewed their appeal for anyone with information contact them on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Det Ch Insp Dorian Lloyd, who is leading the homicide investigation, said: "Although three men have been charged we are still urging anyone in the community with information to contact police.

"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the Pentyla area of Baglan on Thursday night (9th February) through to the early hours of Friday morning (10th February)."
