Thanks. She's Going Places is performed by Shane Hines and was written for Caylee by Cledus T Judd, Gary Levox of Rascal Flatts and Jimmy Yeary. I transcribed the lyrics to the song, so if you find any errors, please let me know, THANKS. She was just a baby, barely 2 years old A story that shouldn't have to be told See that little girl with big brown eyes Stole our hearts and touched our lives Now we cry, 'cause we can't understand You see she wanted to learn to play guitar, Be a ballerina or movie star She could've gone so far She can be anything that she wants to She can ride her bike every afternoon She can laugh and play With her dolls and games Just like all little girls should get to do Too young for her life to be taken She's going places I bet she'd spend her time skipping rope Drawing rainbows on streets that are paved with gold Get to ride a big wheel jumping curbs In a parking lot of a great big church And I wish I could see it all But her memory will live on right here Till i get over there And see her again She can be anything that she wants to She can ride her bike every afternoon She can laugh and play in those backyard games Just like all little girls should get to do Too young for her life to be taken Shes going places She can play kickball Go swim and see-saw ...Video Rating: 4 / 5
For nearly six years, they were locked up facing a possible death sentence for a grisly 2001 triple homicide in Ypsilanti Township. On Friday, a federal judge dismissed the charges against Deondre Byrd and three other men after a federal prosecutor said new evidence came to light last Friday that prevented the government from taking the case to trial. He has been imprisoned in recent years for both the triple homicide and the slaying of a 16-year-old girl in Ann Arbor, but he has been convicted on only a federal gun charge. "Obviously, I'm pretty upset that almost 11 years later, we still don't have any answers," said Christy Brown, 30, a close family friend of the victims of the triple homicide. She said she got a call from federal prosecutors Thursday saying the case was being dropped, but they wouldn't elaborate. "I was very surprised. I honestly thought they were making some...
