2nd arrest made in Abbotsford homicide
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says a second person has been arrested in connection with the slaying of Abbotsford resident Ryan Saint-Ange, 21.
Saint-Ange was found dead in his home in the 27000 block of 56th Avenue last month. It was Abbotsford's first homicide of 2012.
On Monday, police announced Robert Adam Van-Dusen, 26, of Aldergrove, B.C., had been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
Last week, IHIT announced Shayne Vauthrin, 26, had been charged with second-degree murder.
Police say the two suspects are known to each other and it is not believed to be a random attack.
"The quick action and diligent work of the IHIT investigators has resulted in the arrest of two individuals in connection to the January homicide, helping the family move closer to finding closure," said RCMP Cpl.Adam MacIntosh.
