Frustrated homicide suspect nabbed

A FRUSTRATED homicide suspect was arrested by operatives of Station 1 in Barangay 10, Bacolod City, Tuesday.

Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) Operations Branch records showed the suspect was identified as Mario Regalado, 53, of Purok Tambipalad, of Barangay 10.

The police said the suspect was arrested around 10:12 a.m. by virtue of arrest warrant for frustrated homicide issued by Judge Demosthenes Magallanes of Regional Trial Court-Branch 54, Bacolod City, with P24,000 bail recommended.

The suspect is presently detained at the lock up cell of Station 1.

Bacolod City Police Office Director Ricardo De la Paz lauded the accomplishment of Station 1 for the arrest of the suspect.

The city director also reminded all station commanders to intensify their campaign against wanted persons within their areas of responsibility. (MAP)
