Three questioned on McKay homicide
Danny McKay was shot six times at his home in the Longlands area
Police investigating the homicide of Danny McKay in Newtownabbey on Thursday night have arrested a third man.
Mr McKay, 36, was shot dead at his home in the Longlands estate on the outskirts of north Belfast on Thursday.
The man was arrested on Sunday by detectives from the PSNI's Serious Crime Branch. He is being questioned at Antrim police station.
A 41-year-old and a 50-year-old man who were arrested in connection with the homicide on Saturday remain in custody.
Police have said they are investigating a possible links to drugs and the involvement of dissident republican paramilitaries in the homicide.
Mr McKay, the father of a 10-year-old child, was shot several times as he sat alone on a sofa in his living room. He died at the scene. At least two armed men were involved in the attack.
Police have asked people who saw a silver Volkswagen Bora, which had been stolen by five masked men in the New Lodge area shortly before the shooting and was later found burnt out in Ardmoulin Place, west Belfast to contact them.
They also want to hear from anyone who may have seen a dark coloured saloon car being driven in a suspicious manner in the Longlands area in the days leading up to Mr McKay's homicide.
