Homicide investigators probe east-end death

Toronto police remain tight-lipped about the circumstances surrounding the latest death in the city,

A man was found dead inside a business in an industrial area of Scarborough on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say they were called to the building at 1970 Ellesmere Rd., just after 3 p.m.

The body of the man was found inside the building. A woman was also inside, but police say she was not injured.

The woman has been taken in for questioning.

No names have been released.

Homicide detectives and the coroner are investigating, though so far they have not said how the man died.

Police are also searching for two suspects seen driving a vehicle that was seen leaving the area.

Const. Wendy Drummond said police are seeking a white Mercedes SUV with the Ontario licence plate BNNZ 922.

Members of the public are urged not to approach the vehicle or its occupants, who are considered to be armed and dangerous, but to call 911 instead.
