The Charles County sheriff's office released a sketch Wednesday of a man they say is wanted in connection with the shooting of a man and woman on a path near Hampshire Circle. The woman died and the man was seriously wounded, police have said.

The sketch is of a man police say is a black male with a light complexion, possibly in his early 20s, standing about 6 feet tall with a slim build and, possibly, short, curly hair.
