STUART, Fla. —

A Stuart woman has been charged with DUI manslaughter four months after a crash that killed a Port St. Lucie woman.

Sarah Fulton, 23, was arrested Thursday. She is charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI property damage and vehicular homicide.

Stuart police said Fulton was drunk when she crashed her car into a power pole early on the morning of June 11. Raven Feurstein, the 22-year-old passenger in Fulton's car, was killed in the crash.

Police said Fulton's arrest comes after a review by the state attorney's office. Police said she'll also be cited for unlawful speed and failure to use designated lane.
