Second man accused of stab murder

A second man has been charged with the murder of a 40-year-old widower who was stabbed to death in his Brighton flat.
Jeffrey Burrows, who grew up in Dungannon, County Tyrone, was fatally stabbed at his flat in Norfolk Square, where he lived alone, on 29 April.
Adam White, 22, from Liverpool, was arrested on Saturday and will appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Joel Elliott, also 22, of North Road, Brighton, appeared in Crown Court on 8 May charged with Mr Donovan's murder.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 6 July.
A third man, 21, who was arrested on 30 April on suspicion of murder was released on police bail until 29 May pending further inquiries.
