James Rosemond, aka tough 47-year-old G-Unit associate Jimmy Henchman, was indicted on Friday (June 22) for arranging the murder of 50 Cent associate Lowell Fletcher back in 2009. Henchman was charged by the United States attorney in Manhattan for conspiring with five other men to commit the murder. Fletcher was shot to death on September 29, 2009 in the Bronx, NY.

Preet Bharara, who handed down the indictment, said that Henchman and the other defendants had "operated like a mini-gang, allegedly committing a revenge killing, and a host of drug and firearms offenses."
Henchman's publicist claimed that the new indictment didn't come as a shock and that his legal team had been preparing for it. "The new indictment is no surprise, we heard it was a possibility," said Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez to AllHipHop.com. "Again his family and supporters are standing by Jimmy and we'll let his attorneys do their job."
This comes less than three weeks after Henchman was already convicted of running a multi-million dollar cocaine distribution ring. To date, nineteen people have been convicted on charges relating to this investigation into his criminal enterprise.
