Manslaughter Charge Dropped in Man's Death
Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester man no longer faces a manslaughter charge for the death of Richard Sullivan in November.
A Monroe County Grand Jury did not indict Paul Kubrich.
Rochester Police said Sullivan showed up at his ex-girlfriend's home on Carlton Street and got into a fight the woman's new boyfriend, Kubrich.
Both men fell over a porch railing.
Police said Sullivan was stabbed with a pocket knife and later died from his injuries.
Kubrich's lawyer maintained it was a case of self-defense.
