INDIANAPOLIS -

Metro Homicide investigators have been called to the 1900 block of N. Ruckle.

Police responded to reports of shots fired in the alley behind the residence shortly before 6:00 a.m. Monday morning, and found one person deceased. Medics responded to that address shortly after 6:10 a.m. Monday on what was reported as a stabbing.

At the point, IMPD has not identified the victim or cause of death, and has "no credible suspect information available," according to a statement by Officer Michael Hewitt.
