Homicide suspect might be in Lancaster area

A man wanted on homicide charges in Puerto Rico might be in the Lancaster area, officials said Monday.

Carlos A. Ramos-Lebron, 22, lived in the 400 block of West Vine Street as recently as 2011 and might have ties to the area, according to authorities.

He is accused of committing a homicide on Dec. 8 in Guyama. Officials said they are unsure if Ramos-Lebron was able to flee Puerto Rico after the killing.

Ramos-Lebron is considered armed and dangerous.

Lancaster City/County Crimestoppers is offering a reward up to $ 1,000 for information leading to his arrest and/or conviction.
