NEW DELHI (AP) — Indian police said Tuesday that they expect to formally charge five of six suspects with murder in the death of 23-year-old woman who was raped on a moving bus in New Delhi . The sixth suspect in the case that has outraged the country is under 18 and a juvenile. Police ordered a bone test for the sixth accused to confirm his age, according to a police officer who spoke on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to talk to reporters. Under Indian law , a juvenile cannot be prosecuted for murder. New Delhi police spokesman Rajan Bhagat said Tuesday that a charge-sheet in the case will be filed in court on Thursday. The suspects face the death penalty if convicted. The physiotherapy student died last week in a Singapore hospital where she had been sent for emergency treatment after the crime in India 's capital on Dec. 16. The death of a man in Thompson, Man., is being investigated as a homicide. According to RCMP, the man was found injured and unconscious in a home in the city's Eastwood area on Sunday, at about 5:45 p.m. He was taken to Thompson General Hospital were he later died. NEW YORK (Reuters) - A woman suspected of shoving a man to his death in front of an oncoming New York subway train was arrested on Saturday and charged with "second-degree murder as a hate crime " in the second such fatality this month for one of the world's busiest transit systems. CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - A father is facing homicide charges after his child was fatally shot with a gun he owns. The 2-year-old, who would have turned three in March, was shot on Daisy Lane around 6 p.m. Christmas Day. Horry Coroner Robert Edge tells WMBF News that the child, identified as Sincere Smith, died from a gunshot wound to the chest while en route to the Medical University of South Carolina. Sgt. Robert Kegler, spokesman for the Horry County Police Dept., says the child shot himself with a handgun. The gun, which was sitting on a table when the child grabbed it, belongs to 30-year-old Rondell Javon Smith of Conway. Family of the 2-year-old say Rondell Smith is his father. The family said Smith is a good father, and only had the gun after he had concerns about his neighborhood. Neighbors who live near Daisy Lane said the accidental shooting could have been prevented.
